A2/After Alpha begins Jan. 19, 2021

For all Alpha graduates and anyone interested in trying
a Small Group/Life Group experience:

We are kicking off our New Life Course with A2 life groups on Tuesday, January 19, 7:00 pm, online via Zoom. “A2” stands for “After Alpha” and is intended to take you deeper into the Christian faith with a format similar to Alpha. First there will be a teaching time led by Rev. Ralph Kieneker on the life of Jesus, then we will break into small groups for discussion. If you are not in a life group and you would like to try on a small group experience, A2 might be a great way to do that! There will be 10-12 weeks where we look at Jesus’ life as explained in the Gospels; and during that time, we can grow together in community as we share life, build relationships, and pray for one another. We think Life Groups are a great way to nurture growing up in Christ.

NOW ON THURSDAYS! It’s not too late to join us – you just need an internet connection and a device (PC, laptop, tablet, or smart phone). Contact Shawn Bassler at sbassler@westside1.org or Miranda Smith at msmith@westside1.org to get the Zoom link or to ask questions.

What is Alpha?

Alpha is a series of conversations that explore life, spirituality and faith in a relaxed, non-judgmental environment. It’s a chance to be open about the big questions in life. Each week there is a short video that is meant to promote discussion. Afterwards, there is time to ask questions and share your thoughts in a small group video chat. It’s totally free, and regardless of your experience with faith or background, everyone is welcome.

We’d love to have you join us for our next Alpha course, whether it be online or in person. Sign up through our online form at right – we will notify you when our next Alpha course is scheduled.
